I'M Amey Kshirsagar & having major experience in Banking and finance industry for more than 17 years and very good knowledge of Banking and Financial front as well as backhand activities in details.

After taking the experience in all the business areas in banking and finance industry I decided to start My own venture and floated the firm by the name of M/s. Joapa financial and Management Consulting in the year August 2013.Activities of the firm are as below:

Understand, Manage & Monitor the functioning, identifying the leakages in business and giving the solutions for same.
Raising funds in the form of debts and equities for the smooth functioning of the SME and Corporate client’s business houses.

After completing 3 successful years in the business I understood the importance of IT Solutions implementation in modern individual, commercial and non commercial world for their survival, safety and success. With this understanding I along with My wife Mrs. Jayshree Kshirsagar formed a new company “Joapa Digital Secutech Private Ltd” in the year May 2016 to manufacture and provides various defined and customize IT solutions in areas of management, administration, accounting and vigilance services along with hardware and database support. I have a very good market experience with intelligent thinking abilities and connections in various areas of business in local well as international market.

I'M Mrs. Jayshree Kshirsagar having 11 years of Experience in different areas. After taking the experience in different business areas and industries I decided to start My own venture and floated the firm by the name of M/s. Joapa Creation in the year August 2014.

Activities of the firm are as below:

Manufacturing of different types homemade chocolates & confectionery and supply it to SME and Corporate client’s business houses.
Designing and supply festive Gift packages and supplying to SME and Corporate client’s business houses.

After completing 2 successful years in the business I had developed very strong business relationship with many entities I along with My husband Mr. Amey Kshirsagar formed a new company “Joapa Digital Secutech Private Ltd” in the year May 2016 to manufacture and provides various defined and customize IT solutions in areas of management, administration, accounting and vigilance services along with hardware and database support and I am complete strong and intelligent backbone with very good market experience of the company.
